Job summary

AutoZone is seeking a Senior Retail Sales Associate to deliver WOW! customer service at the Knoxville store. You will help customers select automotive parts, participate in sales goals, and support daily store operations in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes teamwork, product knowledge, and hands-on assistance with installations and diagnostics while maintaining a safe, organized store space for a great customer experience.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Customer Assistance & Communication – Engage with customers and provide trustworthy automotive advice.

• Product Knowledge & Installation Services – Stay current on parts, tools, and promotions; assist with wiper blade, battery, and light bulb installations.
• Diagnostics Support – Use diagnostic tools to read codes and suggest solutions.

• Diagnostics Support – Use diagnostic tools to read codes from customer vehicles and recommend solutions.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old to apply.

• Automotive Knowledge: Basic knowledge of automotive parts is required.

• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.

• Flexible Schedule: Full-time flexible schedule availability, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
