Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a Retail Sales Associate in Houston to greet customers and assist on the sales floor. You will help with stocking, merchandising, and daily store operations while supporting the management team.

You may be assigned to Ladies, Men, Youth, Sportswear, Shoes, Home, or Baby Depot areas. The role emphasizes delivering world-class service, maintaining a neat store, and working with a diverse team to drive results.

Qualifications

Retail Sales Associates may be assigned to work in any or all of the following departments: Ladies, Men, Youth, Sportswear, Shoes, Home, or Baby Depot.

Responsibilities

• Assisting customers in locating merchandise when needed
• Assisting in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and housekeeping
• Assisting in ringing up sales at registers and/or bagging merchandise
• Performing other tasks as assigned by manager from time-to-time

Candidates must be able to work a flexible schedule; including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
