Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. in Charlotte, NC is seeking a friendly Retail Sales Associate to help customers find products, ring up sales, and keep the store clean and organized.

You will join a fast-paced team that values customer service and community involvement. Base pay is $13.00 per hour with benefits including medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and holidays.

• Assisting customers in locating merchandise when needed
• Assisting in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and housekeeping
• Assisting in ringing up sales at registers and/or bagging merchandise
• Performing other tasks as assigned by manager from time-to-time
