Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to deliver world-class service on the front lines. You will greet customers, help them locate products, and support the store team with daily operations in a fast-paced environment.

The role involves assisting in merchandising, ringing up sales, and maintaining a clean, organized sales floor. Flexible scheduling, including nights, weekends, and holidays, is required for success in this team-driven role.

Retail Sales Associates may be assigned to work in any or all of the following departments: Ladies, Men, Youth, Sportswear, Shoes, Home, or Baby Depot.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting customers in locating merchandise when needed
• Assisting in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and housekeeping
• Assisting in ringing up sales at registers and/or bagging merchandise
• Performing other tasks as assigned by manager from time-to-time

Base Pay: $16 per hour - $16 per hour
