Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to greet customers, help locate merchandise, and keep the sales floor tidy and inviting.

You’ll support management with daily store operations and may work in Ladies, Men, Youth, Shoes, Home, or Baby Depot departments. You’ll earn a base wage of $16.00 per hour, enjoy an associate discount, medical/dental/vision coverage, life and disability insurance, and other benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers; provide product information and recommendations.
• Maintain a neat, organized, and clean sales floor; assist in merchandising and housekeeping.
• Assist in ringing up sales at registers and bagging merchandise; support store operations.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by manager, including floor moves and event setup.
