Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. in Augusta, GA is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to greet customers, assist with merchandise, and keep the sales floor neat and organized. You will support the store team in daily operations and work across departments as needed.

Base pay starts at $13.00 per hour with a competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401(k), paid time off and holidays. Flexibility is key to success in this role.

Retail Sales Associates may be assigned to work in any or all of the following departments: Ladies, Men, Youth, Sportswear, Shoes, Home, or Baby Depot.
