Job summary

North 40 Outfitters in Ponderay, ID, seeks a Full-Time Freight Associate to move merchandise to the floor and manage back-stock with accuracy and care.

You will assist customers, maintain organized back areas, and operate within scheduled shifts Mon-Sat 7 am–8 pm and Sun 9 am–5 pm. Forklift certification is required or obtained; teamwork and reliability are essential.

Job Description

North 40 Outfitters in Ponderay, ID.,is looking to hire aFull-Time Freight Associateto join our team.We believe that each team member plays a vital role in the success of our company. We are looking for authentic and enthusiastic people who love our lifestyle and believe in service before self. As a FreightAssociateat North 40, you will be responsible for the accurate, timely and safe movement of merchandise onto the sales floor as well as organizing and managing back-stock.

This full-time position requires the ability to work all scheduled shifts between the business hours of Mon-Sat 7 am to 8 pm, and Sunday 9 am to 5 pm. This shift can include working weekends and certain holidays and will require flexibility in scheduling based on business needs.

Qualifications

• Ability to educate and assist customers on the brands that North 40 sells
• Understanding of correct lifting and loading techniques. Physical ability to lift and carry 0-25 lbs. continuously, 25-45lbs. frequently, and 45-65 lbs. occasionally, andteam lift anything over 65 lbs. Spending 100% of work time on your feet, including use of ladders, rolling staircases and pallet jacks.
