Job summary

DICK'S Sporting Goods is seeking store teammates in Cedar Rapids to help create an exceptional shopping experience. You will greet customers, understand their needs, and assist with product selection while following merchandising standards.

You will promote loyalty programs and warranty sales, adhere to safety and loss prevention policies, and contribute to a welcoming, inclusive store environment. Strong teamwork and flexibility are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• Prior retail sales, cashier, or customer-focused experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift 15 to 35 lbs. items repetitively.
• Ability to work extended periods of time standing or walking (up to 4 hours) and at heights greater than 4 feet with ladder/hoist.
• Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods (up to 2 hours).

• Uphold company merchandising and presentation standards by following floor sets, signage, price changes, inventory presentation and replenishment standards.

• Create an inclusive store environment where everyone feels welcome, safe, and respected.
• Take an all-hands-on-deck approach to support the team across the store.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS:
