Job summary

You will greet customers, drive sales using benchmark techniques for retail, custom clothing, and rentals, assist with merchandising and stock, and handle the cash register at POS. Flexible schedules and tuition reimbursement support your growth.

Responsibilities

• Engage as a member of a high-performing team through trust, commitment, and a focus on results.
• Build relationships with customers from greeting through post-sale contact.
• Demonstrate benchmark selling techniques for retail, custom clothing sales, and special occasion rentals.
• Continuously encourage and participate in team selling and positively impact the achievement of the store sales volume and metrics goals.
• Assist with visually merchandising, set up, and other store-related projects, as well as conducting merchandise stock counts.
• Handle the cash register, as a cashier, at the point of sale in the store.
