Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our team in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. You will greet and assist customers, keep the sales floor neat, and support management with day-to-day store operations in various departments such as Ladies, Men, Youth, and more.

The role requires you to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays. You will help with merchandising, ringing at the register, and maintaining a welcoming store atmosphere

Qualifications

• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to greet and assist customers and maintain a neat store.

Responsibilities

• Assisting customers in locating merchandise when needed.
• Assisting in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and housekeeping.
• Assisting in ringing up sales at registers and/or bagging merchandise.
• Performing other tasks as assigned by manager from time-to-time.
