Job summary

Crocs, Inc. in Gretna, NE is seeking a Sales Associate for HEYDUDE to craft memorable in-store experiences and support team goals. You’ll share product stories, assist with promotions, and help customers find the right footwear in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll stay informed about launches, act as a brand ambassador, and collaborate across departments while following store policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years or older.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays.
• Team-first approach in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Ability to use a POS system.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences by applying our V.I.B.E.S service model.
• Actively champion a positive team culture by sharing ideas and concerns, while demonstrating Crocs' core values.
• Assist in all store departments to create a seamless shopping experience, including POS, merchandising, and stockroom operations.
• Work with Store Management to achieve and exceed personal performance objectives through effective selling strategies.
• Serve as a brand ambassador by staying informed about product launches and initiatives, sharing knowledge with customers.
• Adhere to all HEYDUDE policies, including Asset Protection, inventory control, and compliance initiatives.
