Job summary

Shoe Palace is seeking Retail Sales Associates in Oakland to create a fun shopping experience and drive sales. You will engage customers, help them find the right shoes, and contribute to a lively store environment.

Open availability on weekends is required; 18+ and a friendly, outgoing attitude are essential. Prior retail or athletic shoe experience is a bonus, with opportunities to grow within a dynamic, team-driven company.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old (16+ with work permits).
• Open availability during weekends.
• Customer service oriented and outgoing.
• Interested in fashion/shoes is a plus.
• Willingness to work hard and be successful.
• Experience selling athletic shoes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create a fun and enjoyable shopping experience for our customers.
• Meet and engage with customers and help them find products.
• Keep the store clean, neat, and organized.
• Be active on the sales floor, assist with shoe fitting and upsell.
