Job summary

EG America is seeking a friendly Retail Sales Associate to greet guests, operate the cash register, and keep our Cumberland Farms stores stocked and clean. You’ll be cross-trained across store operations and partner with a team to deliver great customer experiences.

The role offers part-time or full-time hours, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for growth in a fast-paced environment. Prior retail experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School or GED is preferred.
• 3–6 months of retail or guest service experience recommended.
• ServSafe / Food Safety certification a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide excellent customer service.
• Operate the cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Adapt to a fast-paced environment; no two days are alike.
• Stock coffee, shelves, coolers and freezers; keep the store organized.
• Maintain clean store standards and work well in a team.
