Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a Retail Sales Associate in Concord, NC. You’ll greet and assist customers, maintain a neat sales floor, and support store operations. Departments may include Ladies, Men, Youth, Shoes, Home, or Baby Depot.

Responsibilities include helping customers, merchandising, ringing up sales, and performing manager-approved tasks. Base pay is $13.00/hour with a full-time schedule and benefits in a fast-paced retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Assisting customers in locating merchandise when needed
• Assisting in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and housekeeping
• Assisting in ringing up sales at registers and/or bagging merchandise
• Performing other tasks as assigned by manager from time-to-time
