Job summary

Marshalls in Tucson, AZ is seeking a store associate to deliver a friendly, helpful customer experience and keep the sales floor clean and organized. You will engage customers, process purchases, stock merchandise, and support loss prevention and safety policies.

This role requires a flexible schedule, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment. Prior retail experience is preferred; training will be provided to help you grow with TJX.
