Job summary

The Children's Place in Stafford, Texas is seeking a Sales Associate to support the Store Leadership Team in achieving company goals. You will model excellent customer service, apply product knowledge, and use effective selling techniques to assist shoppers.

You will maintain merchandise presentation, replenish stock, ensure all sizes and styles are represented, operate the cashwrap accurately, and keep the store and backroom clean, organized, and safe for customers and teammates.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with a positive and helpful attitude to drive store goals.
• Greet customers and deliver excellent service while explaining promotions.
• Maintain merchandise presentation and stock, ensuring all sizes and styles are represented.
• Operate cashwrap with accuracy and educate customers on PLACE Card benefits.
• Adhere to Loss Prevention procedures and keep the store clean and safe.
