• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 pounds is needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers immediately upon entering the store with a smile and friendly greeting.
• Provide customers with current relevant product information and recommendations.
• Assist in fitting rooms, maintain cash wrap cleanliness, and help drive add-on sales.
• Capture customer information in the database and offer Gift Cards at the cash wrap.
• Meet or exceed Sales per Hour (SPH) targets as directed by management.
• Attend store meetings and participate in inventories and other duties as assigned.
• Represent a positive attitude toward merchandise and the GUESS brand.
