Job summary

Carter's is seeking a Sales Associate who will greet customers, share product knowledge, and guide shoppers through our brands. You’ll resolve issues, support omnichannel needs, and process transactions with accuracy in a busy retail environment.

You’ll participate in floor replenishment, promotions, and loyalty programs while upholding a welcoming store atmosphere. Availability may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Physical ability to lift 40 pounds when needed.
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities
