Job summary

Dormont Manufacturing Co - Dalton store is seeking a Sales Associate to support the Store Leadership Team in achieving company goals. You will model excellent customer service, share product knowledge, and use effective selling techniques to drive results.

Maintain merchandise presentation, replenishment, and correct sizing while keeping a clean store and backroom. Responsibilities include greeting customers, addressing inquiries, processing transactions at the cashwrap, and maintaining stock

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Be aware of customer activity and respond with urgency.
• Greet and acknowledge customers while providing service.
• Communicate value and promotions; offer solutions for out-of-stock items.
• Address customer concerns with sound judgment.
• Demonstrate selling skills to positively impact conversion.
• Provide fast, friendly service at the cashwrap and discuss the PLACE Card.
• Maintain stock levels and ensure all sizes/styles are represented.
• Follow standards for presentation, signage, and display.
• Keep stockroom neat and organized; maintain a customer-ready environment.
• Perform daily housekeeping to company standard.
• Protect assets by following Loss Prevention procedures.
• Inform leadership of maintenance and safety needs promptly.
• Contribute to store goals and adapt to stock processing as needed.
