Job summary

Paradies-Broward is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver First Class Service to customers on the sales floor or in a support environment. You will help create a positive shopping experience in a well-maintained, friendly store and perform tasks on the sales floor or in support areas.

The role emphasizes greeting, selling, and thanking customers, conducting needs analyses and product recommendations, processing transactions on the POS, and maintaining visual merchandising and store cleanliness.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency is required.
• Minimum one year of retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to work various shifts in a 7/365 team environment.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Self-starter able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Follow company policies and maintain a safe working environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide First Class Service to internal and external customers.
• Greet, Sell and Thank customers; put the customer first at all times.
• Perform POS transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Assist receiving, cycle counts, returns, and transfers on handheld devices.
• Maintain store appearance with visual merchandising and housekeeping standards.
• Resolve customer issues and escalate when required.
