Qualifications

• 1 – 2 years’ experience in customer service-oriented retail environment, preferably apparel/footwear.
• Strong team player with the ability to learn quickly.
• Familiarity with computer skills and MS Office programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide high standards of customer experience within the Store.
• Achieve or exceed sales, KPIs, and profitability targets through effective customer service.
• Accurately process sales transactions at checkout.
• Maintain cleanliness and order of the store per PUMA standards.
• Process incoming and outgoing merchandise.
• Comply with all Policies & Procedures and maintain a safe working environment.
