Responsibilities

• Produce extraordinary customer service highlighted in the customer service manual, including helping customers as they enter the store, and helping multiple customers during peak periods.
• Promote and sell services and merchandise provided by the organization.
• Set and pursue sales goals; track performance and improve selling skills.
• Follow all company policies, procedures and standards as listed in manuals and memos.
• Assist in daily store operations: complete work lists, shipments, and store maintenance.
• Present merchandise to promote and sell goods per knowledge guides.
• Identify and communicate merchandise needs, pricing concerns, and operations problems to management.
• Attend staff meetings and tech clinics for the store.
• Protect company assets and information by ensuring internal controls and reporting potential fraud.
