Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency required.
• Minimum one year of retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to work various shifts in a 7/365 team environment.
• Excellent customer service skills and English communication.
• Self-starter who can prioritize and multitask.
• Ability to pass background and DOT/FAA-related checks as required.
• Physical capability for store tasks including lifting and long periods on site.

Responsibilities

• Provide first class service to customers on the sales floor.
• Greet, sell and thank customers to drive sales.
• Promote promotional products and services.
• Resolve customer service issues and escalate when needed.
• Process transactions accurately on the POS.
• Perform receiving, cycle counts, returns and transfers with handheld devices.
• Maintain store appearance and visual merchandising standards.
• Follow cash handling and loss prevention SOP.
• Comply with company policies and safety guidelines.
