Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, or 6 months retail experience.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales goals.
• Maintain brand and store standards (visual, cleanliness, etc.).
• Pro-actively assist customers and close sales using service standards.
• Assist with fitting room standards and operate as cashier when required.
• Process shipments and ensure merchandise is on the floor.
• Support management in identifying and resolving store issues.
