Job summary

The Children’s Place in Bakersfield, CA is seeking a Sales Associate to support the Store Leadership Team in achieving company goals. You will deliver excellent customer service, share product knowledge, and apply effective selling techniques while keeping the store well presented.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, promoting current promotions, processing transactions at the cash wrap, maintaining stock levels, and ensuring merchandise is properly sized and displayed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, organized stockroom and orderly store environment.
• Follow Loss Prevention procedures to protect company assets.
• Report maintenance and facility needs to Store Leadership promptly.
• Contribute to store goals with focused effort.
• Assist with stock replenishment as needed.
