Job summary

Express Springfield is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to deliver a great in-store shopping experience, assist with stocking and merchandising, and support customers across channels.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, 0–2 years retail experience, is comfortable with iPad/POS, and can work nights and weekends. Part-time roles include benefits such as medical/dental, 401(k), PTO, parental leave, and Express merchandise discounts.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of relevant retail experience.
• Proficient with iPad and registers.
• Availability including nights, weekends, and non-business hours.
• Ability to meet physical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, checkout, fitting room, and stock room.
• Follow company policies to ensure the safety of associates and customers.
• Assist with product launches per SOP.
• Provide a great customer experience.
• Process transactions quickly and accurately to reduce wait times.
• Resolve customer service issues and escalate when needed.
• Encourage participation in credit and loyalty programs.
• Perform other duties as required by the supervisor.
