Quality Talent Group's client is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to deliver outstanding customer experiences and drive sales in a fast-paced, high-energy store environment. You will welcome guests, guide product selection, and demonstrate knowledge of features and benefits.

You will process transactions, assist in store operations (opening/closing, stock checks, merchandising), resolve customer concerns, and strive to meet daily sales targets with professionalism and a friendly demeanor.

Qualifications

• 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
• High school diploma (preferred)
• 1+ year sales/customer service experience (preferred)
• Strong communication and customer-focused mindset
• Flexible availability (weekends/holidays)
