The ideal candidate should have at least one year of retail experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays. This role involves maintaining store cleanliness, processing transactions, and assisting with inventory management. Compensation ranges from $17.00 to $20.00 per hour plus benefits.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a retail environment or other relative experience, preferred.
• Knowledge of computer skills, basic know-how about MS Office programs.
• Ability to lift/carry, push/pull up to 30 pounds regularly.

Responsibilities

• Provide consistently high standards of customer experience within the Store.
• Achieve or exceed sales, KPIs, and profitability targets.
• Process sales transactions at checkout accurately and quickly.
• Maintain the cleanliness and order of the store.
• Execute and process incoming and outgoing merchandise.
