Job summary

Batteries Plus in Easley, SC is hiring a Store Associate to be the face of our brand, helping customers find the right solutions and supporting daily store operations.

You will greet customers, assess needs, make product recommendations, process transactions, and assist with battery testing and installations. We value strong communication, reliability, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail or customer service experience is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Team player with professionalism, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Comfortable with basic math and cash register operation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform standing, walking, and hands-on tasks.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
