Job summary

Old Navy is seeking a Brand Associate to bring our brand to life for customers. You will engage with shoppers, deliver excellent service, educate on products, and help create brand loyalty through an omni-channel experience.

You’ll collaborate with leadership to deliver a best-in-class customer experience, guide product education, and support store operations on the sales floor, in fitting rooms, at the cash wrap, and in back-of-house tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Willing to learn and use technology tools (mobile devices, apps, registers).

About The Role

As a Brand Associate, you’re an integral part of our team and bring our brand to life for our customers. You’re responsible for engaging and connecting with our customers by providing excellent customer service resulting in brand loyalty. You’re an expert in product and use your knowledge and experience to educate, inform, inspire and wardrobe the customer. Through collaboration with your leadership team, you’ll deliver a best-in-class customer experience using an omni-channel approach.

• To be considered for this role, applicants must:
• Be at least 16 years of age.
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States.

• Be available to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with or without reasonable accommodation.
