Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a retail environment or other relevant experience.
• Ability to lift/carry, push/pull up to 30 pounds regularly.
• Ability to walk and move about is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide consistently high standards of customer experience in-store.
• Achieve or exceed sales, KPIs, and profitability targets.
• Process sales transactions at checkout quickly and securely.
• Maintain store cleanliness and compliance with merchandising guidelines.
• Execute and process incoming and outgoing merchandise.
• Manage stock levels, inventory counts, and product availability.
• Comply with all Policies & Procedures and operational core competencies.
• Maintain a safe and compliant working and shopping environment.
• Work non-traditional hours; weekends and holidays may be required.
