A leading sportswear company in Birch Run is seeking a Retail Associate to provide top-notch customer experiences and maintain store standards. This role requires at least 1 year of retail experience and strong teamwork and communication skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing transactions, inventory management, and upholding the company's service standards. Competitive pay ranging from $15.00 to $18.00 per hour is offered, along with benefits.

Formación

• At least 1 year of experience in a retail environment or other relevant experience.
• Ability to lift/carry, push/pull up to 30 pounds regularly.
• Ability to walk and move about is required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide consistently high standards of customer experience in-store.
• Achieve or exceed sales, KPIs, and profitability targets.
• Process sales transactions at checkout quickly and securely.
• Maintain store cleanliness and compliance with merchandising guidelines.
• Execute and process incoming and outgoing merchandise.
• Manage stock levels, inventory counts, and product availability.
• Comply with all Policies & Procedures and operational core competencies.
• Maintain a safe and compliant working and shopping environment.
• Work non-traditional hours; weekends and holidays may be required.
