Job summary

Bath & Body Works is seeking a Sales Associate to be the face of the brand, helping customers find the best products and delivering exceptional experiences. You will drive rewards enrollment, manage a seamless cash wrap, and keep the store stocked and visually appealing.

The role requires standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working peak shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays. You will contribute to a high-energy, customer-first environment and support store goals daily.

Qualifications

• Must have a customer-first mindset in a retail setting.
• Demonstrated sales and customer experience results in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication and adaptability; open to feedback.
• Ability to de-escalate store and customer situations.
• Must be available for peak days and varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Create genuine connections with customers through uncovering needs, sharing product information, demos, and personalized recommendations.
• Drive rewards program enrollment and engagement on the sales floor and at checkout.
• Provide a friendly and efficient cash wrap experience with accurate ringing and a tidy checkout area.
• Support product replenishment and maintain brand standards in-store.
• Assist with floorset execution, window changes, and visual presentation as needed.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness; lift up to 50 pounds as required.
• Adhere to all policies and procedures.
