Job summary

Dollar General Corporation is seeking a Sales Associate to serve as a primary customer contact, assist shoppers in finding and purchasing merchandise, and operate the cash register. You will stock, rotate, and display items while maintaining store cleanliness and safety standards.

Relevant duties also include greeting customers, processing transactions, bagging purchases, and supporting the Store Manager to maximize store profitability and customer satisfaction while protecting company assets.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication with customers.
• Ability to perform cash handling and operate a POS system.
• Able to read planograms and stock merchandise according to displays.
