Job summary

Walmart Supercenter Johnsburg, IL is hiring full-time Sales Associates across multiple departments. You will greet customers, help them find products, and keep displays and shelves organized while supporting checkout as needed.

Qualifications

• Walk up to 5 miles each day while fulfilling online customer orders.
• Assist customers to locate and select merchandise on the sales floor.
• Maintain accurate and friendly checkout and service processes.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers on the sales floor and offer assistance.
• Help customers find products and navigate departments (Apparel, Entertainment, Toys, Sporting Goods).
• Keep aisles neat, stock shelves, and support checkout when needed.
• Provide a positive, helpful customer experience and answer questions.
