Job summary

Ace Retail Group in Liberty, MO is seeking a Sales Associate to assist in receiving, stocking, pricing merchandise and maintain a clean, well-presented store. You will deliver friendly, proactive customer service and help customers find products while upholding store standards.

Responsibilities include greeting shoppers, maintaining knowledge of products and store layout, supporting back stock to floor displays, and operating forklift with proper training.

Qualifications

• High School or GED equivalent.
• Formal retail experience preferred.
• Standing, walking, lifting (up to 25lbs) and climbing.

Responsibilities

• Provide a positive representation of Ace Retail Group and proactively assist customers.
• Greet customers entering the store and throughout; thank customers when they are leaving; escalate issues to management as needed.
• Maintain strong product knowledge and awareness of store layout and locations.
• Assist with receiving, stocking, pricing and ensuring a clean, orderly sales floor and stock room.
• Operate forklift with proper training and support department needs as required.
• Communicate merchandising, cost control or sales ideas to the General Manager and participate in store meetings.
