Job summary

MAPCO is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service, operate cash registers, and maintain a clean, organized store environment. The role includes assisting customers, restocking merchandise, and ensuring accurate pricing and appealing product displays in a fast-paced retail setting.

Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment. High school diploma or GED and basic POS skills preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service preferred.
• Must read, understand, and speak English at an eighth-grade level.
• Basic math and computer/point-of-sale skills required.

Responsibilities

• Meet company customer service standards.
• Follow company cash control policies and procedures.
• Adhere to laws and regulations regarding the sale of government regulated products and services.
• Detail cleaning of store interior and exterior.
• Stock and rotate products including coolers and/or freezers.
• Complete training activities and meet minimum job performance standards.
• Follow the company's general rules of conduct and code of ethics.
• Other duties as assigned.
