Job summary

The role reports to the Store Manager; you will support daily store operations, meet sales targets, handle busy periods with composure, and uphold company policies and standards to protect assets and satisfy customers.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide extraordinary customer service as highlighted in the customer service manual, assisting customers as they enter the store and helping multiple customers during peak periods.
• Promote and sell services and merchandise provided by the organization.
• Consistently set goals to grow and improve selling skills and track overall sales.
• Uphold all company policies, procedures, and standards as listed in manuals and memos.
• Assist in daily store operations including work lists, cleanup, weekly shipments, and store maintenance.
• Promote and sell goods using product knowledge from the knowledge manual.
• Consistently achieve and/or exceed sales targets and goals.
• Identify and communicate merchandise needs, pricing concerns, and operations issues to management.
• Attend staff meetings and tech clinics for the store.
• Protect the company's assets by ensuring internal controls and reporting potential fraud risk.
