Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences using our V.I.B.E.S service model.
• Champion a positive team culture by sharing ideas, feedback, and concerns.
• Assist in store departments, including POS, customer service, merchandising, and stockroom operations.
• Work with Store Management to achieve and exceed personal performance objectives.
• Serve as a brand ambassador by staying informed about HEYDUDE initiatives and products.
• Adhere to HEYDUDE policies, including Asset Protection and inventory control.
