Job summary

Dollar General Corporation is seeking a Customer Service/Stock Associate in Woodstock, IL. You will be the point of contact for customers, help set and maintain plan-o-grams, stock merchandise, and support store operations to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.

You will unload trucks, build displays, assist customers, operate the cash register, handle payments, and help with merchandising and floor recovery. This role requires quick pace, accuracy with price scanning, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Effective interpersonal and oral communication skills.
• Ability to read and follow merchandising guidance and plan-o-gram.

Responsibilities

• Unload trucks and stock merchandise on the sales floor.
• Build displays and rotate stock on shelves.
• Operate cash register and handle transactions.
• Assist customers in locating merchandise and answers questions.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety procedures.
• Assist with ordering using handheld scanners when needed.
