Quality Talent Group is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to deliver outstanding customer experiences and drive store sales in a fast-paced environment. You will guide guests, share product knowledge, and help create a welcoming, high-energy store atmosphere.

You will process transactions, learn product details, support store operations (opening/closing, inventory) and resolve customer concerns while working to meet sales goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
• 1+ year sales/customer service experience (preferred)
• Strong communication and customer-focused mindset
• Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
