Job summary

HALO is hiring a Retail Associate for an on-site position at the Lowes Campus. You will greet customers, process transactions, stock shelves, and keep the sales floor welcoming and organized.

You’ll work with a team to meet sales goals and support store operations while adhering to policies and procedures. The role requires strong customer service, basic math skills, and prior retail experience, with flexibility to work evenings.

The Retail Associate is responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting customers with product selection, processing sales transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. This role involves stocking merchandise, monitoring inventory levels, handling customer inquiries and concerns, and ensuring an enjoyable shopping experience. Work collaboratively with team members to meet sales goals, promote products, and support daily store operations while adhering to company policies and procedures.

This on-site position is located within the Lowes Campus and HALO associates will work alongside Lowes employees with a work schedule of Monday - Friday from 7:30am – 4:00pm ET.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.

• Understand client’s brand guidelines and marketing initiatives. Keep internal teams updated with any new initiatives.
• Help achieve store sales and customer satisfaction goals.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Occasional onsite event support outside of normal business hours
• Regularly lift, unpack, move, organize, and stock merchandise.

Compensation

The estimated hourly range for this position is between $16.00 - $20.00 an hour. Please note that this pay range serves as a general guideline and reflects a broad spectrum of labor markets across the US.
