Job summary

MGM Resorts International in Biloxi, Mississippi invites you to join our Retail Sales team, delivering exceptional guest service and a warm, elevated shopping experience.

As a Retail Sales Associate, you will engage guests, drive sales, keep the shop clean, and follow all POS and cash-handling procedures. Starting pay is $13.00 per hour plus 3% commission.

• Maintain a clean and safe environment and ensure product replenishment from stock room to guarantee our guest's ease of shopping.
• Own the guest's experience and report any opportunities for improvement to Retail Management.
• Follow all Retail, POS, and Cash Handling procedures.

THE JOB:
