Job summary

The Lighthouse for the Blind, Inc. in Fallon, NV is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to support the Base Supply Center operations. You will greet customers, help locate products, stock shelves, and assist with loading purchases.

Day shift, Monday through Friday, with standard hours; prior retail or sales experience is preferred; we value reliability, teamwork, and a strong commitment to the Lighthouse mission.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs (box of copy paper).
• Able to stand for up to 8 hours with breaks.
• Able to work on concrete floors and use warehouse equipment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist in locating products.
• Direct customers to the right person for non-stock or complex requests.
• Assist with loading purchases and possible deliveries.
• Answer inquiries and support cashier operations as needed.
• Maintain shelf tags, stock shelves, and ensure product quality.
