Job summary

Pull-A-Part is looking for a Retail Sales Associate to greet customers in our parts yard, guide them to parts, and complete transactions efficiently. You’ll process payments, help with titles and paperwork, and explain promotions and events to customers.

Join a team that values respect and growth. You’ll work outdoors and indoors, lift up to 50 lbs, and support others while delivering excellent service.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role (retail, hospitality, etc.).
• Comfort using computers, kiosks, and mobile devices.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.
• Willingness to work indoors and outdoors in varying conditions.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Weekend, holiday, and overtime availability.
• Reliable transportation.

Your Role

As a Retail Sales Associate, you’ll be the first and last person our customers interact with. You'll help guide them through our parts yard, answer questions, process transactions, and ensure every customer leaves with the help they need. This role is essential to providing an excellent customer experience and maintaining a smooth retail operation.

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet throughout the day
• Availability to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
• Reliable transportation
