Job summary

POP MART in Sacramento seeks a friendly Retail Sales Associate to deliver delightful shopping experiences and bring our collectible world to life. You will engage customers, share brand stories, and help shoppers discover Blind Boxes, MEGA Collections, and new drops while meeting store goals.

You will handle transactions, restock merchandise, maintain shop cleanliness, and contribute to a collaborative team that values creativity, inclusivity, and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer-facing retail, hospitality, entertainment, or service industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience by warmly welcoming every guest.
