Job summary

North 40 Outfitters in Mead, WA is hiring a full-time Archery Technician to join our team. You will deliver outstanding customer service, drive sales, stock and merchandise the department, and safeguard company assets.

The role requires flexibility to work all scheduled shifts between Mon-Sat 7 am to 7 pm, and Sunday 9 am to 5 pm. Prior archery product knowledge and strong communication skills are valued; physical ability to lift up to 65 lbs.

North 40 Outfitters in Mead, WAis looking to hire aFull-Time Archery Technicianto join our team.We believe that each team member plays a vital role in the success of our company. As anArchery Technicianat North 40, you play a key role in the overall customer experience by providing outstanding customer service,generating sales and suggesting products, stocking and merchandising, maintaining a clean and organized department and safeguarding company assets.

This full-time position requires the ability to work all scheduled shifts between the business hours of Mon-Sat 7 am to 7 pm, and Sunday 9 am to 5 pm. This shift can include working weekends and certain holidays and will require flexibility in scheduling based on business needs.

Qualifications

• Experience and technical knowledge of archery products and ability to assist customers with maintaining and adjusting their equipment
• General sporting goods knowledge a plus
• Previous merchandising experience is helpful
• Ability to educate and assist customers on the brands that North 40 sells
• Understanding of correct lifting and loading techniques. Physical ability to lift and carry 0-25lbs. continuously, 25-45lbs. frequently, and 45-65lbs. occasionally, andteam lift anything over 65 lbs. Spending 100% of work time on your feet, including use of ladders, rolling staircases and pallet jacks.
