DICK'S Sporting Goods, Inc. is seeking store teammates in San Antonio to deliver an exceptional shopping experience by greeting customers, answering questions, and helping them find the right products.

You will maintain floor sets, follow merchandising standards, participate in loyalty program enrollment, and support the team with safety and loss prevention practices while staying flexible across shifts.

Qualifications

• Prior retail sales, cashier, or customer-focused experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift 15 to 35 lbs repetitively.
• Ability to stand or walk extended periods up to 4 hours.
• Work at heights greater than 4 feet with ladder or aerial lifting device.
• Repetitive motions for short periods of time (up to 2 hours).

Uphold company merchandising and presentation standards by following established floor sets, signage requirements, price changes, inventory presentation and replenishment standards, etc. Promote company programs (i.e., customer loyalty program participation, warranty sales, private label credit card enrollment, etc.). Adhere to established policies and procedures related to safety, loss prevention and standard operating procedures. Maintains confidentiality of all Company information. Create an inclusive store environment where everyone (teammates and customer) feels welcome, safe, and is treated with respect. Take an all-hands-on-deck approach to support the team across the store. Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS
