Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences through selling behaviors rooted in Our Values and product knowledge.
• Create genuine connections with customers through uncovering needs, sharing product information, demoing products, and making personalized recommendations.
• Drive rewards program enrollment and engagement on both the sales floor and at check-out.
• Provide a friendly and efficient cash wrap experience, including ringing purchases and maintaining a neat checkout area.
• Support replenishment and uphold brand standards to keep the store full and attractive.
• Assist with floorset execution, visual presentation, and marketing placement as needed.
• Maintain safety and store standards; lift up to 50 lbs as required.
