Job summary

The Breakers Palm Beach is seeking a friendly Sales Associate to join our team. You will work in our luxury retail outlets, deliver excellent customer service, and help guests find merchandise that fits their needs.

This role requires a reliable presence, weekend and holiday availability, and the ability to work four days per week. You will process transactions at the register, maintain store presentation, and build lasting client relationships.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in sales, preferably in the retail industry.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting merchandise that best fits their needs and preferences.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.
• Build and maintain client relationships to increase customer loyalty and sales.
