Job summary

FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Retail Sales Associate in Omaha, NE. You will greet customers, assist with sales and loan services, and help maintain a clean, organized sales floor while complying with store policies and regulations.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with a high school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexible retail schedule, including weekends/holidays.
• Firearms in FFL locations; certification provided.
• Strong customer service and team mindset.
• Basic math and computer skills; retail checkout experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with sales, loans, and product inquiries.
• Support customers with pawn and short-term loan services by explaining terms and completing paperwork.
• Process sales and loan activity accurately while following company and regulatory guidelines.
• Evaluate merchandise for condition and value to support buying, selling, and loan decisions.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and merchandise displays.
• Handle cash and negotiable items responsibly.
• Support store operations, including basic opening/closing tasks.
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members.
• Complete required training and follow company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Commission Information
